1. Toilets to be opened at all times.
The toilets are opened at break and lunch. There is then a single toilet and a shuttered toilet open during other times. Staff are on duty to ensure they are clean and have toilet roll.
2. Ground floor toilets – girls need to be fixed and need to look nice.
The boys’ toilets were refurbished recently. The girl’s toilets are going to be refurbished over the holidays.
3. The toilets on the ground floor are dirty, don’t have soap and the door locks don’t work.
This has been brought to the attention of the site manager. If you highlight the problem to staff on duty they will ask cleaners to replace soap and toilet roll etc. The locks will be looked at.
4. The food portions aren’t enough and the prices keep rising.
This has been brought to the attention of the catering manager who will feedback to Mrs Taylor. The portion size will be looked at by the catering team.
5. The queues at lunch are too long and I have to wait most of the lunchtime to get served. People push in the queue.
Mr Stephens has been on duty for a few days by the queues. He is looking at solutions and working with the catering team to try to resolve the issues. There is a shortage of staff in the kitchen at the moment so the sandwich bar can’t open at the moment.
